Jaquelyn Litwak MS, RD, LDN

Hi! I'm Jaquelyn, it's great to meet you :) I grew up in Massachusetts and now live in the Metrowest area. My passion for nutrition started in high school, when I started to see how big of a role food has in our everyday life. This led me to obtaining both my bachelors and masters degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University.

My first role in the field was working on a college campus, connecting with students to offer knowledge on various topics and supporting dining services to enhance food choices available. From there, I was able to gain wonderful experience in the field of eating disorders by working at a residential treatment center followed by doing 1:1 outpatient work for a private practice. During this time, I was able to develop a strong HAES framework and learn to meet clients where they were at. After all, you are the driver to your recovery!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Beau, baking, and cooking. I am always on the lookout for a new hobby!
